For reservations through our website

 Cancellations to bookings more than 7 days before arrival date are without charge.

If cancelled within 7 days of arrival and the room cannot be re-let 100% of the first night will be charged.

In the case of no-show the full booking will be charged.

No deposit will be charged at the time of booking if we have your card details, although we reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival

For reservations with 3rd party agents

100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.

 If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
