We are located off the TREGARTH to BETHESDA B4409, the entrance to the mill can be found just in front of a row of cottages called TREM FFRANCON. Small public footpath sign points along the drive infront of the cottages
We now have a large lump of slate at the entrance with Melin Galedffrwd engraved on it.

If approaching from the north A55 expressway:
Leave the A55 at junction 11 and follow signs for Bethesda & Betws y coed, In approx 1 mile at the Bryn Bella crossroads turn RIGHT (signpost says Rachub to the left), continue over the bridge & up to the T junction turning LEFT, continue approx 1 mile, 80m after passing the right hand turn signposted Mynydd Llandegai and just before the small industrial estate, turn LEFT onto Trem Ffrancon, continue past the four cottages on your left and through the timber gates on the right and down to the mill.
If approaching from the south A5 from Betws-y coed:
On approaching Bethesda you will pass Ogwen Bank caravan park on your left, In approx 500m after a left hand bend turn LEFT onto the B4409 signposted Tregarth, continue crossing a bridge over the river Ogwen, with the welsh slate quarry on your left follow winding road, passing a row of cottages on the left and around the Z bend, continue, just after a small industrial estate on your right, turn RIGHT in front of the four cottages onto Trem Ffrancon,
With the cottages now on your left continue through timber gates and down to the mill.
Arriving on foot: From the centre of Bethesda (spar mini-market) proceed north towards Bangor along the main road, Turn Left after the Londis mini-market on to Station Road, continue keeping left and past the new houses on your left(clinic on your right). As the road bends sharp right continue straight through the kissing gate and along footpath with the river on your left. The mill is visible at the other side of the river in 200m.
Continue over footbridge and up the hill you are now on the footpath through our grounds with the mill on your left, continue through next kissing gate and turn left down the drive.
